Intro

I’m Ling Abson. I spent almost 20 years in tech, first as a software engineer then as a Director of Engineering before becoming an Executive Coach. Over the last 4 years I’ve coached leaders at Shopify and guided managers, directors and VPs across North America to become an effective leader using the Enneagram to learn about themselves and the people they work with. Everything I teach comes straight from the trenches and it works. My newest workshop uses the Enneagram to help you decode human behaviour and communicate with anyone.
