Who’s Ling?
I’m a former executive coach at Shopify and a former Director of Engineering. I currently help Directors and VPs in tech to become the kind of leader who can succeed at higher scope, influence senior stakeholders, and do it sustainably.
My career started as a software engineer two decades ago and I’ve held various leadership roles in the tech industry since 2015. My experience gives me a unique perspective and empathy for the challenges and opportunities that tech leaders face today.
I’m ICF PCC certified, an Integral Master Coach and an Enneagram practitioner.
